Crock Pot Chicken w/ Beans, Corn & Salsa

Ingredients
5 chicken breasts, diced2 cans black beans, drained2 cans corn, drained1 jar salsa (15 oz.)1 pkg cream cheese2 cups uncooked white Rice
Directions
Place the top 4 ingredients in a crock pot and cook for 3-4 hours on low. Then dice the cream cheese and place it over the crock pot mixture. Cook for another 30 min.
Meanwhile, cook rice according to the package directions. Serve crock pot mixture over rice. Enjoy!
