Chicken Tortilla Bake

Ingredients
* 5 Chicken Breast halves * *Lucerne Plain Fat Free Yogurt, 1 cup * Creamed Cottage Cheese, 4 oz or part-skim ricotta * Cheddar Cheese, 4 oz (4 slices) * Corn Tortillas, 8 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) * Fresh Chives, 3 tbsp chopped
Directions
Boil chicken, drain then shred with a fork. Mix with yogurt, cottage cheese, salt, pepper and a dash of hot sauce.

Line baking pan with one layer of tortillas. Spoon chicken mixture, top with small amount of cheddar cheese chopped. Then put another layer of tortillas, remaining chicken, then cheddar and sprinkle the chives for color.

    I baked in the oven on 400 for 20 minutes. Either the heat was too high or it was in for too long....it was a little dry. Overall it was good, though. Would like to add a bit more flavor to it. My husband and kids liked it, so the recipe works for me! - 1/7/10
