Oopsie Rolls

Ingredients
3 eggs separated3 tbsp cream cheese1/2 tsp garlic powder (if desired)2 tbsp parmensan cheese ( if desired)
Directions
Separate eggs making sure no yolk in whites.
Mix yolds with cream cheese until blended well, add garlic and parmesan.
Beat egg whites till stiff and form peaks
Fold yolk mixture into egg whites just until mixed, try not to loose fluffyness.
Spoon 10 equal mounds on pam sprayed cookie sheets. Bake at 300 degress for about 30 minutes, check after 20 and if golden brown remove.
Place on cookie sheet to fully cool then put in plastic bag overnite to firm up before using.
