Radish & Jicama Salad

Ingredients
3 red radishes (about 1 oz), thinly sliced1/4 med. jicama (about 4 oz), peeled & julienned1 tsp. honeyjuice of 1/2 lime1 tsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
Directions
Toss ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes until chilled. Serve alone or on top of a bed of greens.
