1 lb. Dried, Unsulfured Apples1/2 gal. 100% Apple Juice1/4 tsp. Ground Cloves2 tsp. Ground Allspice4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1. In a Dutch oven, combine the dried apples, apple juice, clove, allspice, & cinnamon; mix well.
2. Bring to a boil, cover & simmer for 20-25 min.
3. Place mixture in blender & puree until smooth. Place in jars & refrigerate.
Serving Size: 2 Quarts; 64 2-Tbsp. Servings
