3 cups whole raw cranberries3 cups flour1/2 cup cornmeal2 cups sugar1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoons baking soda1/2 teaspoon baking powder1.5 teaspoons cinnamon1 teaspoon nutmeg1.5 teaspoon ginger1/2 teaspoon cloves2 cans pumpkin puree10 tablespoons applesauce2 teaspoons orange zest6 tablespoons watercouple shakes of pumpkin pie spice as desired
Mix dry ingredients and wet separately, then combine. Add cranberries. Stir as little as possible to retain fluffiness. Put in medium large muffin pan and bake for 30-35 minutes at 375.
