Potato Sausage Cheese Casserole

15 small fingerling potatoes sliced8 breakfast sausage links3 cups cut up cauliflower cooked1 cup chopped onion1 cup water & boullion chicken broth1/2 cup milk3 Tbs country crock1/8 cup flour1.5 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese1 tsp garlic saltpepper
Heat oven to 350. cook sausage, reserve pan. cook cauliflower. Parboil potatoes in chicken broth. remove potatoes to another bowl and add half of garlic salt/toss, remove broth to another bowl, discarding half of the broth, add milk. heat butter in sausage pan over low heat until melted scraping up sausage bits, add onions, cook 2 minutes, add flour to make rew cook 2 minutes. gradually add in water/milk to make sauce, simmer 2 minutes. slightly mash cauliflower, add half of the garlic salt. spray baking dish, layer potatoes, cauliflower, sausage, sauce, and cheese until all used, making cheese the top layer. Bake in hot oven 25-30 minutes
