Tex-Mex Fish Salad for the HCG diet

1 lbs Fish (roughy, tilapia, mahi) 2 tbsp lime juice 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Coriander, Dried 2 garlic cloves, minced 4 cups Romaine Lettuce 1 cup salsa
Instructions
Combine the lime juice, chili powder, cumin, coriander, garlic, and salt. Place the fish in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over. Marinade in the refrigerator, turning once, for 20 minutes. Don't marinade for longer because the lime juice will start to cook the fish.
Heat George Forman Grill. Grill fish until done - about 4 minutes. (Or broil fish) Serve fish on lettuce topped with 1/4 cup salsa.
