Chad's Mexican Shrimp cocktail

Ingredients
1 lb. of shrimp, cooked ( I prefer small salad shrimp)1/2 cup of diced onion1 serrano pepper chopped (or more for more heat)3 tbsp. of chopped cilantro1/2 cup of chopped j�cama1 cup of tomato juice2 tbsp. of ketchup ( i like reduced sugar)1/4 cup of fresh lime juicedash of Worcestershire saucedash of hot pepper saucesalt and pepper to tasteoptional: chopped avocado and/or cucumber
Directions
1. Mix shrimp onions, peppers, cilantro and jicama (or cucumber/avocado) in a non-reactive bowl and season with salt and pepper and some lime juice. (I love to use the small salad shrimp)

2. Meanwhile, combine the liquids and add to the shrimp mixture.

3. Add more tomato juice and lime juice if necessary and season again with hot sauce and salt and pepper to fit your taste.

4. Beautiful if served in a martini glass. Traditionally eaten with saltine crackers (although I prefer tostadas).
