Orecchiette with Tuna

Ingredients
pinch crushed red pepper flakes1 tsp garlic1 tbsp olive oil2 5.5 oz cans of V8 juice1 pint halved grape tomato2 6oz cans of drained light tuna in water1 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp melted butter1 tbsp chopped basil (fresh)
Directions
Saute red pepper and garlic in oil. Add V8 juice, increase heat to high and bring to boil.

Reduce heat to low, add tomato and cook 4 min. Stir in tuna, lemon juice, butter and basil.

Serve over pasta or brown rice.
