Ingredients
Flour (1 cup)milk (3/4 cup)sugar (3/4 cup) (2 tsp for sprinkling)*cinnamon (2 tsp for sprinkling)margarine (1 stick)canned pie filling 1 can (any flavor you want) baking powder (1 tsp)
Directions
In a 13 x 9 pan place one stick of margarine or butter place it in a 350 degree oven until melted while you mix the other ingredients.

Mix flour, milk, baking powder and sugar together. If using self-rising flour omit the baking powder. You want the batter to be the consistency of pancake batter. You may need to add more flour or milk to get the desired thickness. Try not to over mix lumpy is okay. Once the batter is mix and butter is melted remove pan from oven. ***pour mix into the pan with the melted butter! DO NOT STIR! add your can of fruit. Any pie filling works and fresh does as well. After you add the Fruit DO NOT STIR! It is important you just spoon the fruit on top of the batter. Place in oven @ 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden brown. The batter will rise above the fruit. When it is done I sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.

Awesome, and made mine with apples I peeled, cored and sliced and stewed on the stove for 30 minutes, then drained and placed in batter and baked. Awesome, delicious and so so easy to make. - 7/20/13
