1 cans garbanzo beans2 Tablespoons lemon juice1 Tablespoons tahini paste2 cloves garlic, chopped4 to 5 Tablespoons reserved juice from the garbanzo beans3 heaping tablespoons plain yogurt½ teaspoon cuminSalt to tastecayenne pepper to taste
MInce Garlic. Drain chickpeas and reserve liquid. Add to food processor and process until combined and beans are well chopped. Add remaining ingredients except for reserved liquid from chickpeas. Process until smooth. Add in reserved liquid slowly until desired texture is reached.
