Ingredients
2 Bags Frozen Cauliflower1 pound whole wheat pasta2 tbsp butter1/4 cup flour1 1/2 cups skim milk1 cup chicken broth (light & fat free)2 cups shredded sharp cheddar1 tbsp dijon mustardPepper to taste
Directions
Cook cauliflower and stir to break up into small pieces. Cook pasta. In pan melt butter over medium heat, add flour then whisk in the chicken broth and milk. Cook until thickened - about five minutes. Stir in the cheese. Whisk in the mustard and season with pepper. Stir the cheese sauce into the pasta and cauliflower. Yummy.
