Salmon Casserole-easy 1 dish meal

Ingredients
1 - 6 oz. Package dried egg noodles1 - 10 oz. can cream of celery soup1 - 5 oz. can non-fat evaporated milk1 tbsp. lemon juice1/2 onion, chopped1 - 15 oz. can salmon, skinned, boned1 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese1 - 8 oz. can small green peas, drained1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning1 cup crushed reduced fat cheez-its2 tbsp. brummel & brown, melted
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir in soup, milk, lemon uice, onion, salmon, cheese, creole seasoning, peas, 1/4 tsp. each of salt & pepper.

Spoon into greased 7 x 11 in. baking dish. Bake covered for 25 minutes.

Return to oven for 10 minutes or until crumbs are light brown.
