Lemon-Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
1 tbsp. hummus (I used Sabra), 1 large clove of garlic, 2 tbsp. tahini (sesame paste), juice of 1 lemon, water, pinch of salt and pepper.
Directions
Roast garlic. Blend hummus, tahini, juice of 1 large lemon, s&p, garlic in a food processor. Gradually add water by small amounts if mixture is too thick or chunky.
