Ingredients
10 red skin potatoes .25 cup reduce fat sour cream .25 reduced fat miracle whip 1 packet of dry ranch dressing1 tablespoon celery seed.25 cup real bacon bits2 hard boiled eggs
Directions
cut 10 small red skinned potatoes into bite size pieces cook until fork tender(* I put the raw eggs in pan with potatoes to cook them) drain and cool until cold. peel and dice egg add celery seed and bacon.
in small bowel mix the dressing: ranch, miracle whipp and dry ranch stir then pour over potatoes fold together then chill until served
