1 lb. Ground beef1 cup chopped onions2 cups tomato sauce1 cup corn2 cans olives1/2 cup of garlic1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon chili powder1 cup cheese
Brown onions and beef. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese + simmer fer 25 minutes. Add cheese and turn into baking dish.
Make Cornmeal topper-
Stir 3/4 c cornmeal + 1/2 teaspoon of salt into 2cups of cold water. Cook and stir till thick. Add 1T of butter. Spoon topper over meat mixture. Bake 40 mins at 375.
