1 rounded T sweet hot mustard1/4 c tamari1/2 c chicken broth2 boneless pork loin chops, sliced thin against the grain1 carrot, matchsticked1 pound linguine2 cups mushrooms, sliced1 red pepper, sliced5 scallions, sliced3 inches ginger root, grated2 T vegetable oilred pepper flakesaltpepper
Mix mustard, tamari and broth together. Set aside. Boil water for pasta. Heat vegetable oil in large skillet adding red pepper flake to taste. When oil is hot, salt and pepper pork and cook for 2 minutes, then stir fry. Meanwhile, blanch carrots for 1 minute in boiling pasta water. Transfer carrots to pan, start linguine and cook to package directions. Add the remaining vegetables to pan and stir fry. Add drained pasta and pour in tamari mixture. Heat through and serve.
