Cinnamon Buttermilk Scones

Ingredients
Baking Powder, 1 tbsp Baking Soda, .25 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Butter, unsalted, 6 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 2 tbspButtermilk - powdered (3 tbsp)Water, tap, .75 cup Egg, fresh, .33 large - garnishPowdered Sugar, .5 cupUnbleached white, all-purpose, enriched flour
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients and butter. Add water. Roll into 9"x6" rectangle. Cut into 12 triangles. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon on top. Mix powdered sugar with approximately 2 tbsp water. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from baking pan onto wire rack. Drizzle frosting over the top.
