Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 unitBeans, black, 2 cupBeans, red kidney, 1 cupBeans, white, 1 cupYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cupTomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 servingDiced Chilies, 4 servingOnion powder, 1 tspCumin seed, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 dashOregano, ground, .5 tsp
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken in bottom of pot.
Add diced chilies.
Drain and add kidney beans.
Drain and add black beans.
Drain and add white beans.
Drain and add corn.
Season with onion powder, dried oregano flakes, ground cumin and black pepper.
Add tomatoes with juice.
Cover and set on High.
Prior to serving, break up chicken into chunks.
