Bok Choy Soup with Ground Turkey

Ingredients
16 oz ground turkey, cooked to small pieces32 oz chicken broth32 oz water1 clove minced garlic4 Tbsp finely chopped green onion2 heads Bok Choy (about 4 cups chopped)1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Directions
Brown the ground turkey to small pieces. Add chicken broth, water, garlic, onion, bok choy and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low-med and cook for about 10 minutes or until bok choy is tender.

Serving Size: makes a big pot, feeds a family of 3 with leftovers
