Leg of Lamb (slow cooker)

1 whole Leg of Lamb1 cup Carrots, chopped4 medium Potatoes, halved1 tbsp Rosemary, dried1 tbsp Thyme, dried1 cup Red Wine1 cup Water
1) Add water and wine to slow cooker.
2) Rub lamb leg with rosemary and thyme and put in cooker.
3) Add veggies.
4) Cook on Auto for 8-10 hours.
Serve with salad or extra veggies.
