8 chicken thighs2 cans cream of chicken soup4 cups chicken broth2 cups buttermik2 cups self rising flour1/2 cup melted butter2 tsp. pepper
Boil chicken thighs and debone. Place chicken in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. Save the broth. Mix 4 cups of the reserved broth and 2 cans cream of mushroom in pot and bring to a boil. Pour over chicken in baking dish. Mix 1/2 cup melted butter, flour and buttermilk. pour over top of chicken mixture. Bake at 425 for 45 minutes uncovered.
