3/4 c white whole wheat flour1/4 c unbleached white1/4 c truvia1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/8 tsp nutmeg1/4 c fat free greek yogurt2 tbsp sugar free butterscotch syrup (such as Torani or DaVinci)1/4 c egg beaters2 tbsp applesauce1 tsp vanilla + 1 tsp butterscotch extractfor glaze: 1/2 c powdered z-sweet + 1 tsp butterscotch extract + water/milk to desired consistency
Preheat oven to 350.
Whisk dry ingredients in medium bowl.
Whisk wet ingredients in small bowl.
Combine wet into dry and mix until just moistened.
Put into donut molds and bake 9-10 minutes.
Whisk together glaze ingredients and glaze once donuts have cooled.
Enjoy!
