3 Cheese Turkey Chili and Potato Bake

6 Medium Potatoes8 Servings of Turkey and Bean Chili1/2 cup skim milk1/2 cup unsalted butter4 oz. Neufchatel Cheese or low fat cream cheese1 tbs garlic powder1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
Peel, chop, and boil the potatoes until soft. Mash the potatoes. Mix in the milk, butter, garlic and cream cheese. Whip until smooth. In a deep baking dish, sprayed with non stick spray, pour the chili in. Cover with half the shredded cheese then carefully spread the potatoes over top. Cover with foil and bake in a 375 oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, top with the remaining cheese and cook, uncovered, another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
