1 serving low carb Whey protein powder, I use Nature's best 8 oz Almond breeze almond milk, original2 tsp splenda, or to taste1/3 banana, about 7 inch banana1 c crushed ice1/8 tsp scant coconut flavoring, or any flavor you want
Directions
place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Drink right away.
