Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Cookies

1/2 cup Smooth peanut butter1/2 cup I can't believe it's not butter1/2 Splenda1/2 cup Brown sugar1 egg1/2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda1 cup whole wheat flour
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream together peanut butter, butter, Splenda, brown sugar.
Add egg, vanilla, salt, baking soda and flour.
Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet. About the size of a half dollar. Press flat with spoon or fork.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 42 1 inch pieces
