Pancakes - Whole Wheat & Honey

Ingredients
Wisk together:3/4 C. Whole Wheat Flour3/4 C. All Purpose White Flour2 tsp. Baking Powder1/2 tsp. Baking Soda1/4 tsp. SaltIn a separate bowl, wisk together:2 large eggs1 C. Lofat Buttermilk1/2 C. 1% milkWisk in 2 tsp. honey
Directions
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and gently stir until all the ingredients are moistened. DO NOT OVER STIR. Batter will be lumpy and the lumps will cook out.
Pour individual pancakes onto a non-stick 325 degree hot skillet.
Turn pancakes when the edges are dry and bubbles on the top are beginning to pop.
