Classic Three Bean Salad (Green, Chickpea, Kidney Bean)

Ingredients
Green Beans (snap), 2.25 cup (remove)Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup (remove)Beans, red kidney, 1 cup (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Sweet peppers (bell), .5 cup, chopped (remove)Olive Oil, .25 cup (remove)Cider Vinegar, .75 cup (remove)Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)Tarragon, 1 tsp fresh
Directions
Mix the (cooked) beans, onions, and peppers.
Whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, tarragon, garlic, salt and pepper.
Add the dressing to the salad, cover and chill for at least 6 hours.
