Shirataki Noodles with Ground Beef

2 (4oz.) pkg. shirataki noodles1 lb. lean ground beef1 medium onion, diced1 (10 oz.) can of mushrooms1 (10.5 oz.) can of Cream of Mushroom soup2 Tbs. garlic powder2 Tbs. onion powder1 Tbs. black pepperTabasco sauce, to taste
Cook noodles as per package directions.
Brown ground beef, onions, and mushrooms together. Drain off fat.
Stir in noodles and then add the cam of soup; keep stirring until the soup has covered the meat and noodles.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and Tabasco sauce.
Cook on med-high heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serving Size: Serves 6
