Ingredients
1 serving Designer Whey Protein Powder- French Vanilla, 4 large egg white, fresh, 1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (ground into a flour).25 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice, 5 drops liquid stevia 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 8 oz Fage - 0%, 3 drops liquid stevia (add to taste)
Directions
Mix all ingredients except the last 3, pour batter onto hot skillet, flip when holes show on top.

Mix last 3 ingredients as a topping, or side dish.

Serving Size: makes 8 small pancakes (about 4")
