3 cloves garlic (or garlic powder)2 Tbs Olive Oil1/2 tsp Dry Mustard2 tsp Lite Soy Sauce1 tsp rosemary (dried)4 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar8 Tbs. red wine4 Tbs unsweetened ketchup2 tsp worchestershire sauce3 Tbs A-1 Steak sauce
Saute Garlic in oil. Add mustard, soy, rosemary. remove from heat and stir in vinegar and wine.
Pour marinade over meat and marinate for 24 hours turning frequently.
When ready to barbecue, take out meat and pour suace into a bowl. Add ketchup, worchestershire sauce and A-1 steak sauce. Stir well and baste meat with this during grilling. Turning often.
