Ingredients
1 3/4 cups blanched almond flour 2 tablespoons coconut flour ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda 5 eggs ¼ cup coconut oil 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Directions
Place almond flour, coconut flour, salt and baking soda in a food processor and pulse ingredients together
Pulse in eggs, melted oil, honey and vinegar
Pour batter into a greased 8.5 x 3.5 Pan
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
Let cool in pan for a minimum of 15 minutes before removing and placing on a cooling rack.Cool and serve

    I find this SCD recipe has a more flavor than the one without honey or coconut flour. It's borderline acceptable to a low carb diet. - 11/2/20
