Low Fat Guacamole

Ingredients
1 Medium Avocado60g Cucumber2 Cloves Garlic25ml Lemon Juice1tsp Cumin1/2 tsp Coriander1 tsp Olive Oil45g Low Fat Cream / Soft Cheese2 pinches Black Pepper2 pinches Salt
Directions
Peel the avocado and cucumber. Crush the garlic and chop the vegetables as finely as you can and put into a blender with the oil and lemon juice. Blitz well, until there's no lumps. Add the remainder of the ingredients. I've added only a little bit of salt and pepper but you can add to taste. Make sure you account for the extra salt on your tracker.
