Ingredients
Watermelon, 6 cupsYogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Ice, 12 cubesBody Fortress - Super Advanced - Vanilla Whey Protein, 1 scoop
Directions
Add half the watermelon to blender - blend until smooth
Add half the yogurt, half the protein, and half the ice cubes - blend until smooth
Repeat with the other half
