Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 cup extra virgin olive oil (or cold pressed sunflower oil or mixture)1/3 cup raw apple cider vinegar (Braggs)2 tablespoons Dijon mustard1/2 teaspoon sea salt1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Mix all together and whisk or shake well. Makes a little less than 2 cups. Keep in a pint size jar. Does not need refrigeration.

Serving Size: Makes about 24 servings, 1 tablespoon each
