4 6oz flounder fillets6 tbsp Honey Dijon mustard1 tsp lemon juice1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix honey dijon mustard and lemon juice in small bowl. Spread this mixture over the flounder then season fish with pepper. Arrange the flounder in a baking dish & bake for 20 minutes or until the flounder flakes with a fork easily. Serve.
