Chicken and tomato sauce pasta

I chicken breast (no skin) cooked and shredded2 C whole wheat penne pasta cooked2 C tomato sauce (unsalted)3 cloves of garlic minced1/2 C. chopped onion1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsleyabout 1/4 C of water1 pinch of oreganosalt and pepper to taste
Combine tomato sauce, garlic, parsley, onion, oregano, water, and salt and pepper. Simmer to desired thickness.
Combine with chicken and pasta in an oven safe dish (I don't know dimensions...please see pic, lol!)
Heat at 350 in oven for about 15 minutes.
If desired top with parmesean cheese and serve with a salad and garlic bread.
