Ingredients
1 lb sausage12 eggs2 lbs hashbrowns
Directions
Brown the sausage. Scramble the eggs. Warm the hashbrowns. Serve 1/4 cup on a tortilla. I recommend adding salsa, sour cream, refried beans, cheese - any or all of the above.

You can also add onion to this.
