Chocolate Chip Banana Muffin

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups of plain flour3/4 cup sucanat1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda1/2 teaspoon salt1 egg1/2 cup vegetable oil3/4 cup milk1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup mashed very ripe bananas1 cup of milk chocolate chips
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix together wet ingredients except banana. Add wet to dry being careful not to mix too much. Add banana and chocolate chips. Fill muffin pans 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 - 25 minutes.
