1/4 c white ww flour1/4 c unbleached white flour1/2 cup cocoa powder (use at least SOME dark cocoa powder, I did 1/4 c each)1/4 c truvia1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp saltdash nutmeg1/4 c ff greek yogurt1/4 c egg beaters2 tbsp applesauce1 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp chocolate extract2 tbsp unsweetened chocolate almond milk (or other milk)chocolate glaze:1 cup powdered z-sweet (xylitol)1 tbsp cocoa powder1/4 tsp vanilla2 tbsp milk (Silk unsweetened almond)1/2 tbsp smart balance light, SOFTENED to room temperature
Preheat oven to 350 and grease donut pan with nonstick spray.
In a bowl combine all wet ingredients, set aside. In another bowl whisk together all dry ingredients. Stir wet into dry until just moistened.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
To make the glaze combine powdered sweetener, margarine, and cocoa in a small bowl. Add in vanilla. Add milk gradually until it reaches desired consistency. Enjoy!
Serving Size: makes 7 donuts
