Easy, light, Turkey Meatloaf

1 medium Zuccinni1 box 8oz white Mushrooms, fresh1/2 Onion, chopped1.5 lb Ground turkey, 93% lean1 large Egg, fresh1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Oatmeal1 tbsp Poultry seasoning1 tbsp Salt
Throw zuccini, mushrooms, onion in food processor to a finely chop. In a bowl mix your ground turkey, seasoning, salt, chopped veggies, oatmeal, and egg, till combined well.
Pack your combined meat in a meatloaf pan (to take the shape of meatloaf) then convert that upside down on a cookie sheet.
Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour.
At 30 minutes you may top with ketchup if you would like (calories not calculated).
