Oven-roasted Garlic-Thyme Potatoes

Ingredients
500 grams baby red potatoes with peel3 cloves garlic, minced2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped finely1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped finely2 tbsp olive oildash saltdash pepper
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix oil, parsley, thyme, and potatoes. Line potatoes in baking pan. Sprinkle a dash of salt and pepper. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
