Ingredients
Pinto Beans, Kroger brand, 15 oz can, 1.75 cup (remove)Ortega Fire Roasted Diced Green Chiles, 2 tbsp (remove)Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1.5 cup (remove)*Rice, Spanish Style Ready Rice (Uncle Ben's ), 1 serving (remove)*Rice, Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice, 0.5 cup (remove)Mexican Cheese, queso asadero, .33 cup, diced (remove)
Directions
saute green chiles
brown hamburger meat
rinse hamgurger meat to reduce caolrie/fat intake and return to pan
rinse corn and pinto beans and add to pan.
Chop and add cheese
put rice into microwave for 90 seconds.
Add rice to pan.
Serve
