Acapulco Margarita Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb chicken breastMarinade ingredient.3 cup tequila.5 cup orange liqueur.5 cup lime juicepinch of sugar1 tsp salt2 cloves garlic2 tbs oil ( divided)
Directions
1. Combine all marinade ingredients and pour into plastic storage bad.
2. Salt chicken well and add to marinade. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
3. Remove from marinade. Pat dry, brush with 1 tbs of oil and grill 8-12 minutes.
4. Strain marinade. Put in pot and bring to a boil reducing liquid to one half. Pour over chicken chicken.

Serving Size: 1 chicken breast and 1 tbs sauce
