Mashed Cauliflower with onions and turkey bacon

Ingredients
Lean Turkey bacon (6 strips), cooked and crumbled4 oz fat free cream cheese1 cup 2% shredded cheddar (low fat)1/4 cup Brummel and Brown butter spread1 cup chopped green onions (more or less to taste)1 head fresh cauliflower
Directions
Cook turkey bacon and crumble, set cream cheese aside to soften.
Steam or microwave cauliflower (minus stem) until soft. Use mixer, blender or food processor to mash. Add remaining ingredients as you mix.
