Ginger Garlic Lemon Pepper Chicken

1 lb chicken breast, boneless, skinless and cut into 1 oz pieces1/4 cup flour1 T. garlic powder1 T. lemon pepper (salt free - like Mrs. Dash)1/2 tsp. ground ginger3 T. sesame oil
1. Prep chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces
2. Heat oil in skillet on medium heat
3. In a gallon zip bag place flour, garlic powder, lemon pepper & ginger and mix well.
4. Place chicken in the bag, close and shake until chicken is well coated.
5. Remove chicken from zip bag and place in skillet with heated oil. Cook chicken and turn often as the sides brown and gain a bit of crisp texture. cook chicken until pieces have reached an internal temp of 160 degrees and the outside is brown and crisp.
