Fruity French Toast with Greek Yogurt

1 slice whole wheat bread1 egg white1/4 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 teaspoon powdered sugar1/2 cup mixed berries1 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
Whip the egg white and cinnamon in a flat dish with a whisk or a fork until foamy.
Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. Dip both sides of the bread into the egg mixture and place in the pan. Cook for two minutes on each side.
Place on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve with yogurt and fruit.
