Stir Fried Veggies in Oyster sauce

Ingredients
1 T. canola oil1/2 tsp. sesame oil1 T. garlic, minced1 T. gingerroot, minced1/3 cup onions1/2 tsp sugar2 cups bok choy, shredded2 cups baby carrots, julliened2 cups sugar peas2 cups celery chopped1 cup mushrooms, sliced1 T. soy sauce1 T. water mixed with 1 T. corn starch1-2 T. oyster sauce
Directions
1. prep veggies
2. heat oils in large skillet or wok
3. add garlic and ginger and stir fry 1-2 min
3. add remaining veggies and stir-fry until tender
4. add corn starch mixture, soy sauce and oyster sauce into sall bowl and blend well, pour into pan with veggies cooking until thickened.

Serving Size: 1/6 of the recipe roughly 1 cup
