Ingredients
1 lb ground Turkey.5 C chopped onion1 tsp worcestershire sauce1 egg - beaten.25 C coconut flour or brown rice flourmix all ingredients together and form into 5 oz patties you will have about 5.Grill until cooked thru.
Directions
I grilled on our outside grill. but I have also used the George Forman grill to make these as well
